Ryan Cech serves as Chief Strategy Officer, where he leads the sourcing, execution and integration of M&A transactions and strategy. Ryan joined Imperative in 2022 and brings 18 years of corporate finance, M&A and strategy experience.

Previously, Ryan served as Head of M&A at XL Fleet. Prior to XL Fleet, he worked in investment banking and consulting where he advised on a variety of M&A, capital markets, restructuring and other strategic transactions and value creation initiatives.

Ryan earned a B.S. in Finance with High Honors from the University of Illinois.
