Dante Fornari serves as the Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of the Board at Imperative Logistics, where he oversees the company’s financial and operating performance, strategic development, and long-term vision. Prior to joining Imperative, Dante was the Executive Vice President of Global Logistics at OIA Global. He holds a BS in Economics from Rutgers University and is certified in Executive Finance from Harvard Business School.

Dante is active in his community and supports organizations such as Meals on Wheels, SOLVE Oregon, and Special Olympics of Oregon. He currently serves as a Business Advisor at the Rutgers Business School, Northwestern University Transportation Center, and the Oregon State Logistics Management Advisory Council.
