Sarah McDaniel brings extensive experience in human resources and organizational strategy to her role as VP of Human Resources at Imperative Logistics Group. She partners closely with leaders across the business to align talent, culture, and organizational effectiveness with company strategy, building cross-functional collaboration.

Prior to Imperative, Sarah served as Vice President of Human Resources and Head of Employee Experience at EmployBridge, where she oversaw Talent Acquisition, People Business Partner, Learning, Leadership Development, and Culture & Recognition functions. Before that, she held HR leadership roles at HD Supply, managing HR for over 2,500 associates, and began her career in human resources with roles at Norton Rose Fulbright and The Ford Agency.

Sarah holds degrees in Management and Marketing from the W. P. Carey School of Business at Arizona State University.
