With a proven ability to build and lead high-performing commercial teams, Shannon Schmidt brings a customer-focused perspective and a strategic approach to growth at Imperative Logistics Group. As Chief Customer Officer, she is focused on strengthening enterprise relationships, aligning capabilities across business segments, and delivering a consistent, value-driven experience for customers navigating complex supply chain challenges.
Shannon brings more than two decades of experience in the transportation and logistics industry, with leadership roles at organizations including CH Robinson, UPS, and Kuehne + Nagel, as well as serving as President of Nacora International. Her background in commercial strategy and customer engagement enables her to translate evolving customer needs into integrated logistics solutions that drive results.
Based in Columbia, South Carolina, Shannon enjoys traveling, cooking, hosting gatherings, and staying active in her community. Shannon serves on the Ladies Guild for the Anne Springs Close Greenway, promoting stewardship and protection of the natural preserve.
